Order Cancellations

 


Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order as long as production has not yet begun. Once an order enters production, it moves through several automated systems and is scheduled with our production and shipping partners, which means we may no longer be able to stop it.


If you need to cancel, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to halt the order before production starts and issue a full refund. However, please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed.

 


 

 

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

 


My item didn’t arrive, arrived damaged, or I received the wrong item

While issues are rare, mistakes can occasionally happen during production or delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

  • We’ll happily send a free replacement, including express shipping where appropriate.

  • Photos of the damage or issue are extremely helpful and may be required.

 


If you received the wrong item and prefer a refund, the incorrect item will need to be returned. We’ll cover the return postage in this case.


Undelivered orders due to customer error

If an order is returned due to multiple failed delivery attempts or customer-related issues (including but not limited to an incomplete or incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel), the customer will be responsible for all original outbound shipping costs.

 


 

 

Returns for Prints & Frames (Change of Mind)

 


I ordered a print or frame and changed my mind

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us first and we’ll provide return instructions.


Eligibility requirements:

 

  • Item must be unmarked, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

 


Please note:

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • For framed artworks and previously exchanged items, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

  • We recommend using recorded or registered post for your protection

  • Mystery Box orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Purchases made using gift card credit will be refunded as store credit

 


This does not affect your statutory legal rights.

 


 

 

Orders Using Referral Rewards

 


I want to return an order that used a referral discount

We love when customers share BlankWallStudios with friends, and our referral program is designed to reward that support.


Orders placed using referral rewards can be returned under the same terms outlined in the “Prints & Frames – Change of Mind” section above.


However, we reserve the right to refuse refunds or orders if there is clear evidence of abuse or fraudulent use of the referral program, including self-referrals. This ensures fairness and allows us to continue offering referral rewards to genuine customers.
